2002: Coleman Quality lettings hold the first property seminars in Telford from September to December 2002 attracting some 200 people to each event resulting in an increase our lettings portfolio from 30 properties to 250 by February 2003. 2006-7: Coleman's enjoys a very successful first two years of sales in a thriving property market. Our managed lettings portfolio grows to one of the largest in Telford. 2008: Max Coleman rejoins Coleman's full time after working at Foxton's Estate Agents in Fulham post university.
2013: Kate Coleman is offered directorship and becomes Director of Lettings. Coleman's rebrands as Coleman Estates with new corporate colours, logos, website and slogan subsequently celebrating the best year in the company's history of trading. 2014: With record sales in the last year and a thriving, growing managed letting portfolio we look forward to another excellent year. At Coleman Estates, the principle has been on service from day one.
