Smart

The first was to offer a service tailored to our customers' needs. Talking at a time and location that is convenient in, simple terms that are comfortable and understandable. To discuss wishes, requirements and preferences not just ticking boxes on a computer. The second was to create an environment that allowed us to work without targets, competition or pressure, allowing us to concentrate on offering advice that is determined by customers needs not on business sales goals.
