We are committed to making your time as a student in Lincoln as comfortable as possible. We are a locally based family run student accommodation business which means we are always available to sort out any problems quickly & efficiently.

Jones Student Property 100% own and manage all of our student housing and we have over 14 years’ experience in providing student accommodation in Lincoln. We are friendly and offer outstanding levels of service to all of our student tenants, just look at our reviews!

We have a selection of 3, 4 and 5 bed student houses that are fully accredited by the University Accommodation Accreditation Scheme, and are finished to a high standard. Our student houses come with all-inclusive bills (subject to fair use agreement) free Virgin High Speed Broadband & TV licence. This means that you know exactly what you are paying each month so there are no nasty surprises! Best of all most of our rooms are priced at only £85 per week for the 2017/18 academic year!

All of our student housing also comes with a 40 Inch HD Smart TV in the living room and digital TV points in all bedrooms, washing machines and tumble dryers.

Our student housing is located in the West End area of Lincoln and off the main High Street. We have a selection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom student houses that are all decorated to the same high standard with quality fixtures and fittings, including 40 Inch flat screen HD Smart TVs, washing machines and tumble dryers.

All of our student accommodation is fully inclusive of bills for Electricity, Gas, Water, High Speed Broadband and TV Licence, so you know exactly what you will be paying each month.
