Jones Student Property 100% own and manage all of our student housing and we have over 14 years’ experience in providing student accommodation in Lincoln. We are friendly and offer outstanding levels of service to all of our student tenants, just look at our reviews!

We have a selection of 3, 4 and 5 bed student houses that are fully accredited by the University Accommodation Accreditation Scheme, and are finished to a high standard. Our student houses come with all-inclusive bills (subject to fair use agreement) free Virgin High Speed Broadband & TV licence. This means that you know exactly what you are paying each month so there are no nasty surprises! Best of all most of our rooms are priced at only £85 per week for the 2017/18 academic year!

All of our student housing also comes with a 40 Inch HD Smart TV in the living room and digital TV points in all bedrooms, washing machines and tumble dryers.
