About the Business
Polecat Properties was first founded as a development company by Director, Kate Lovering. Initially they were relatively small developments however the company quickly went from strength to strength and when the scale of the projects escalated outside of her personal budget, she went on to manage big scale developments for other people. From this it was almost a natural and seamless progression into the world of lettings, and those for whom she had managed developments decided to keep her on as their agent.
Polecat Properties has gone from strength to strength and is proud of the lettings service we provide. A service which is both personable and professional. We believe that good estate agency comes down to offering excellent value for money and a high level of service. We believe good communication and regular contact and updates between all parties is the key to success. In early June 2014 Polecat Properties expanded and moved into a town premises in Bexhill -on -Sea, East Sussex.
