Mr Sales & Lettings

We are a local, independent firm located in Reading specialising in residential sales, lettings and property management. As specialists, we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of both landlords and tenants, and unlike most estate agents, our loyalties are not divided between property sales and mortgages. We know how to manage properties to achieve optimum performance whilst ensuring smooth running tenancies, and compliance with the various landlord and tenant laws. We pride ourselves in offering a personal and friendly service to all, whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism.

We have a modern and vibrant office where a member of our staff will be happy to help with any queries you may have as a potential tenant, buyer or landlord. We have a range of complete up-to-date records of available properties, and provide all the after-care help you may need once you sign your tenancy agreement.
