Lets Go Professional

The Rent Receipt Service is similar to our Full Management Service but without the quarterly inspections, property maintenance management or our additional services. The Rent Receipt Service consists of Lets Go Professional finding a suitable tenant, marketing your property and preparation of the schedule of condition and tenancy agreement. We will also collect the rent on a monthly basis. The initial set up fee and a monthly management fee are deducted from the first months and subsequent monthly rental income respectively.
