About the Business
Set up in October 2004 with partners Mark Knight & Sharon Stewart since setting up the business we have gone from strength to strength now being the agents to over 200 properties and 30 landlords who come from all over the UK and including France. Many of our landlords have been with us for the 8 years we have been open and explain the reason they like us is due to our professional ability to get things done and the unique way in which the business is run. With many years of experience in the field we work along since Lancaster City Council also providing help to the homeless action team, disc and other organisations in the area. We look after a variety of different types of tenants ranging from DSS to working people and have properties to suit throughout the Morecambe, Heysham and Lancaster area. 2012 has seen Lakeland Property go through its biggest change yet by going from a partnership into a limited company, new branding and new staffing to name but a few changes.
