Garside Waddingham was founded in Preston in January 1989 by John Waddingham MRICS and Richard Garside FRICS, both of whom had many years experience valuing and reporting on property in the North West region. It provides sound property advice on both residential and commercial properties for a wide variety of clients, including private individuals, banks, financial institutions, companies, housing associations, solicitors, accountants and developers. Enjoying continued success, the company relocated to their existing purpose-built high profile office in the heart of the city centre in 1994.
Our surveyors have a wide breadth of experience and knowledge totalling over 120 years. They are well acquainted with the geographical areas we serve, including the whole of Lancashire, South Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Chester and North Wales.
