Partner Graham Hambly who has acheived the NFOPP Level 3 award in Residential Letting & Property Management has previously worked for corporate companies in Bristol and Plymouth prior to setting up G & A Lettings.
G & A Lettings provide a Full Management Service including marketing, maintenance & safety testing, tenancies, inventories, account statements, deposit scheme registration through to notices and court eviction proceedings. We provide additional services and experience in block management, multiple occupation and their HMO requirements.
G & A Lettings offer a professional and dedicated service developing strong relationships through honesty, hard work and a willingness to do that little extra. We endeavour to provide a first class service to all our clients in order to help safeguard their property investment and pride ourselves on the quality of the properties we manage and the tenants we find for those properties.
