About the Business
The Bridgwater Letting Agency began in 1991 as a franchise with a very small portfolio of properties under management. However, it quickly became apparent that the best way forward was to buy out of the franchise and continue to run what could, potentially, be a successful Property Management business.
Over time the business has increased, we have moved to bigger and better offices which have assisted in its growth. We now have over 100 properties, in the Bridgwater local area, which are Fully Managed under our Management Services.
