Dines Alex

Welcome to Alex, Dines & Company - a vibrant and modern estate agency providing an outstanding service from two prime locations in north Manchester. The company began when founding partner, Tony Alex - a fully qualified chartered surveyor and member of the National Association of Estate Agents - joined a well-known and highly regarded estate agency, where he developed his professional knowledge and expertise. Our letting and management department at Prestwich was first established in 1999 and has grown steadily since.

We now look after the interests of several hundred clients and this department is managed by Caroline Sherwin, a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Now, from our busy, well-positioned offices in Whitefield and Prestwich, our highly trained staff combine traditional values with the latest technology to offer an unrivalled, up-to-the minute service which we tailor to individual requirements.
