Value the property and advise on expected market rental amount. Take particulars and photos and advertise the property as appropriate. If instructed on the Lettings Instructions attached. Arrange any Gas Safety, Energy Performance and or Electrical Inspection/Certificates. Arrange appointments with prospective tenants and conduct accompanied viewings.

Carry out appropriate credit checks and references on any potential Tenant. Prepare the tenancy agreement and any further documentation including notices and sign the same on behalf of the Landlord. Collect the first month’s rent and security deposit from the incoming Tenant and pay the same rent to the Landlord less any commissions and or bills due.
