CLEAR was established in November 2006 to provide landlords with an 'A1' service at a set, fair and fully transparent cost and we have since established an excellent reputation based upon honesty, commitment and professionalism. We cover the whole of the 'SO' and 'PO' postcode regions and always require quality properties for waiting tenants.

We are the first and only lettings company in the region, to offer a full property management service for a set monthly charge - every other letting agency charge a percentage of the monthly rental achieved (our research shows that the standard monthly management charge in the region is around 13%+ vat).

At CLEAR Residential Lettings we feel that this is unfair and unjust, why should some landlords pay more, just because their properties are worth more in rental income?
