The Premier Lettings

The Premier Lettings Company was born out of desire to offer landlords and tenants a better service in Torbay and the surrounding areas. Our main prerogative is to be the best in Torbay and to offer you a first class service from day one - with a fair price tag and NO VAT, which means you do not have to compromise when it comes to letting or renting a property through us.

Becuase of our independance, we are able to offer our services at unbeatable prices, yet rival the service of larger or corporate agency for a fraction of the cost. Why pay more?
