About the Business
The Letting Agency was formerly The Property Centre, which was established in 1997 when Hiltons Estate Agents was purchased by the current owner. The Property Centre originally promoted property sales as well as lettings & management. In 2005/2006 our Lettings & Management department became our core business. The decision was then taken during the latter end of 2006, to concentrate purely on lettings & management and it was later felt that the name of the business no longer reflected these changes. In May 2007 the name of the business was changed to The Letting Agency. Since May 2007, our portfolio has grown considerably and continues to do. If you are expecting to find a glossy, well put together piece of P R here, we're sorry to disappoint you. This page is 'About Us' and at The Letting Agency, we are about substance. We have grown our business by providing a real service and doing what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.
