Salter Mcguinness

Salter McGuinness Estate Agents have been established since 1998. Alan Salter and Tony McGuinness started their careers in the 1980's with a large corporate agency and in the subsequent years followed separate career paths within the industry which culminated in them joining forces once again to open their first office in Kenton. Two years later the Preston Road (Wembley) office opened along with the launch of Lettings and Management which has gone on to become one of the areas most successful operations. 2003 saw the launch of the Salter McGuinness Auction House, a specialist department offering clients yet another avenue to consider in selling their property. With further expansion plans in mind Salter McGuinness look forward to offering their valued clients "the complete property service". Alan Salter and Tony McGuinness are both members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and together work to promote total professionalism throughout the industry.
