Rochester Lettings is a family run business and a unique lettings agents for two reasons, we are not an estate agency so we concentrate fully on residential lettings, which make us leaders in our field although we can provide bespoke investment services and secondly, customer care. We pride ourselves on matching the very best tenants with the very best rental properties without extortionate fees and hidden costs and in a non-pressured atmosphere.
Most of our tenants originally arrive from outside the area so by talking at length about your needs we can ensure that the properties you see are the properties you want. If you need details about schools, transport, sporting facilities or if you have specific requirements - let us know. We can, with notice, arrange viewings around your schedule, which includes evenings and weekends.
Rochester and the surrounding Medway area is a unique part of the country steeped in history and with some breathtaking surrounding countryside.
