At Palace Gate Lettings we specialise exclusively in the letting and management of residential properties to families, professionals and corporate tenants through our network of four offices in South West London.
Since Opening our first office in 1993, we have established an excellent reputation and market presence in the area. Our offices in Balham, Battersea, Clapham and Earlsfield provide a comprehensive coverage from Stockwell through to Putney, Southfields and Tooting.
We aim to provide an efficient, reliable and personalised service, giving landlords the confidence and trust that their property will be marketed to its maximum potential and managed to the highest standards. Each office takes full responsibility of every property from the initial marketing and vetting of tenants through to rent collection, management and the return of a property at the end of the tenancy.
