KINGFISHER Property Management is a small independent business specialising in Residential Property Management and Lettings to qualified employed tenants. No Students or Housing Benefit and therefore we expect every property we take on to be of a good standard to compete in this highly competitive market. We offer a professional, efficient, conscientious and friendly service to both Landlords and Tenants alike. Covering mainly the North Staffordshire area, Kingfisher aims to offer quality properties fulfilling the exacting needs of the diverse number of employed tenants moving into and around the area.
Steve Ball has over 30 years of property experience since 1983. He is a Licensed Member of ARLA - The Association of Residential Lettings Agents, is a member of the Ombudsman for Letting Agents Scheme (OLA) and the SAFE AGENT scheme which is a mark denoting firms that protect landlords and tenants money through a client money protection scheme.
