As a member of ARLA, The Association of Residential Lettings Agents, I am professionally qualified and follow a strict code of practice, guaranteeing the highest standards. Excellent customer service is much talked about but so often falls short of our expectations.
I feel that a lettings agency shouldn't be about targets or commission.
