Active Letting London are property letting agents in Clapham specialising in managing investment property for landlords and letting property in South West London. We started life working from a shared serviced office in Wandsworth and have grown our portfolio considerably working with property landlords based locally, nationally and internationally with varying sized property portfolios. As our management stock grew and with more and more landlords requesting our services, we expanded our property letting operation and have now moved to offices in Clapham, SW4.
Our staff have been picked for their pro-active approach and willingness to assist with every situation as well as years' experience in the lettings industry. We have several landlords with large investment property portfolios who have chosen us to look after their investment properties as we are able to offer them the level of service they require, offer advice and solutions.
