At Sandra Pyper Property Management Limited, we create a professional and personal relationship with all our clients, both landlords and tenants alike. This attitude stems from our predecessors, A I Caters who established this company 55 years ago and who became synonymous with absolute integrity and the highest ethics.
The company now is dedicated to rental property management in all of its aspects. We feel it is impractical to be a selling estate agent and property manager, consequently we do not take selling instructions.
Please do call into our office at any time. We don't need appointments in the office but like the friendly informality of clients and tenants calling in freely at their own convenience.
