We are an Independent Letting Agent established in 1995, Prestige is a family run business and is owned by Paul and Anne Nicholson both of whom have a wealth of local knowledge and experience in the rented property market. We cover the postcode areas of LA1 to LA5 which includes Morecambe, Heysham, Lancaster, Bolton-le-Sands, Carnforth, Hest Bank to name but a few. For Landlords we can offer you advice on renting and managing your property or for Investment Landlords - advice on finding the right property to buy for investment purposes be it a house, apartment or flat.
